Dinner plan week 4.jpg

Hi everyone! I hope you all had a good week and a wonderful weekend. We’ve had all kinds of weather here in Vancouver – snow, hail, sunshine … let’s hope it settles down soon and we start getting some Spring weather!

A meal plan is a great way to save money at the grocery store and solves the daily question “what’s for dinner.” I use a Google spread sheet for my menu plans, but you can use whatever you feel comfortable with – a notebook, or you can find some meal-planning notebooks here

This week, I combined some 30-minute meals with a couple of slow cooker meals.

Monday: Shrimp & Penne in a Tomato Sauce

Tuesday: Orange-Ginger Chicken Stir Fry

Wednesday: Salmon Patties, Rice, Green Salad

Thursday: Slow-Cooker Picadillo

Friday: Italian Pulled Pork Ragu, Brown Rice

Saturday: Egyptian Koshari Recipe, 3-ingredient Mediterranean Salad

Sunday: Italian Skillet Chicken with Tomatoes and Mushrooms, Orzo Rice, Crusty Bread

Enjoy!

The core of your writing while appearing agreeable at first, did not really settle properly with me after some time. Someplace within the sentences you actually managed to make me a believer but only for a short while. I neeetrhvless have got a problem with your jumps in assumptions and one might do well to fill in all those gaps. When you can accomplish that, I would undoubtedly be impressed.

Thanks for your input, but this is just a meal plan.
