Weekly Dinner Plan: Week 6

Hello Meal Planning Rockstars! It looks like the weather might finally be warming up! I’m hoping to start planning for backyard barbecuing soon!

A meal plan is a great way to save money at the grocery store and solves the daily question “what’s for dinner?” I use a Google spread sheet for my menu plans, but you can use whatever you feel comfortable with or what works for you – a simple notebook, or you can find some meal-planning notebooks here.

This week’s dinners in our household are –

Monday – Cheddar-Stuffed Burgers, Roasted Asparagus with Tomato, Halloumi Cheese and Sherry Vinaigrette

Tuesday – Italian Skillet Chicken with Tomatoes and Mushrooms,  Baby Pasta Shells with Asparagus and Marinara Sauce

Wednesday – Fish & Chips, Green Salad

Thursday – Crock Pot Pork Sazon Chops with Peppers, Olives and Potato

Friday – Tilapia with Crispy Bacon Breadcrumbs, squash, carrots & peas

Saturday – Cook’s Night Off – Date Night!  🙂

Sunday – Roast Pork Loin, Roasted Potatoes, Vegetables

  1. Doh! I was domain shopping at na.acheepmcom and went to type in the domain name: and guess who already purchased it? You did! lol j/k. I was about to shop for this domain name but realized it had been taken so I decided I’d come check it out. Nice blog!
