I lost 2 lbs last week! Yay! I’m feeling great and sleeping well, so that’s good too!
This week’s jar salads are Cobb Salad in a Jar with Buttermilk Ranch Dressing. I also used the Buttermilk Ranch Dressing to dip my vege snacks into :). One of the ingredients in the salad was Blue Cheese which I cut in half as I found it overwhelmed the salad – just my preference.

Wednesday: Loaded Vegetable Baked Sweet Potato
Thursday: Spinach Lasagna Rolls – you can make double and freeze them
Friday: Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls
Saturday: Date Night
