Hi everyone! It’s been a few weeks. Things have been more than a little hectic around here. Buuut, I’m getting back on track now. I’m afraid to say that I fell off the wagon in terms of exercise. With the warmer weather, I’ve (re)started walking for 30 minutes a day along the sea wall in Sechelt opposite where I work. I couldn’t ask for a better view.
I’m also looking into some Yoga to do at home, so if anyone has any suggestions, I’d love to hear them.
I’ve been taking salads to work every day and loving it. Skinny Taste has some lovely-looking ones that I’m going to try this week as well as an interesting-sounding Strawberry Peanut Butter Swirl smoothie bowl for breakfast. I also found some healthy-looking snacks that I’d like to try – oven-dried strawberries. They make a great substitute for candy and, apparently, taste just like twizzlers. I’m always looking for something to satisfy my sweet tooth! Bake for 3 hours at 210 deg. I’ll let you know how it goes!
Also found Avocado fries with lime dipping sauce on Skinny Taste which sounds delish!
Sounds like something that might go well with Tequila! 😀

Supper: Crock Pot Pork Carnitas, Chopped Lettuce, Avocado, Creamy Cilantro Tomatillo Dressing
Saturday:
Breakfast: Strawberry Peanut Butter Swirl Smoothie Bowls
Lunch: Left-over Pork Carnitas
Supper: Out!
Sunday:
Lunch: Zucchini Salad
Supper: Baked Potato Soup, Easy Garlic Knots, Green Salad
