HellOoo Vegetarian lovers (and some meat lovers too). I hope you’ve all had a good start to the week. Are you all ready for Christmas? I can finally say that I am. Christmas is a pretty low-key event in our house focused around food, drink and relaxing. This weekend I finished off my Christmas shopping and got the tree and decorations ups. Last week I lost 3 lbs – woo hoo! I’m getting there. It’s fortunate that I adore the Italian Soup with Meatballs from the Looney Spoons Collection, because I ate it every day for lunch last week. I couldn’t believe how delicious the Cacio E Pepe was from Jamie Oliver’s new Italian cookbook. It was only 4 ingredients, but it was stunning. I’ve added it to our favourites list. I also made the best corn muffins, also from the Looney Spoons Collection, and there was some left over for breakfast the next day 🙂
