Hello again. Monday comes around so quickly, doesn’t it? We spent a lovely weekend in Vancouver touching base with all the friends we haven’t seen for a few months, which means we didn’t actually get to have two of the meals on last week’s meal plan. So I’m just going to add them to this week’s menu.
I’m really enjoying the protein shakes for breakfast and salads for lunch. I’ve been adding chicken, tuna or shrimp to them and I love olives and feta cheese in them also. They add so much flavour that I don’t have to add so much dressing to the salads. Also loving the Mango Chia Pudding and Sorbet to curb my sweet tooth. It’s been working really well.

Friday : Mediterranean-style Wine Braised Lamb Shanks with Vegetables, Broccoli
Saturday : Date Night
Sunday : Spinach Manicotti, Green Salad
