Meal planning is a great way to organize your meals for the week ahead. You also save time and money in the supermarket! And of course, planning ahead helps you stick to your goals!
I didn’t weight myself AT ALL this week due to Halloween festivities! We had a huge family dinner last Saturday with much wine and song … and dessert. I spent the rest of the week polishing off the rest of the Halloween candy, leftover icecream and beautiful Wine Cake made by hubby. I didn’t dare step on the scale!
