I lost another pound this week which is amazing since I had a couple of scones and some tarts when my daughter-in-law came to tea on Thursday!
I’m loving the smoothies for my 11:00 am “breakfast” every day, so I’ll be continuing with that this week. And I have a new recipe to add to hubby’s truck meals so he doesn’t get too bored with the same old thing all the time – Mexican-style Macaroni and Cheese. I had a leek left over from last week’s Butternut Risotto with Leaks, so I’ll be making Jamie Oliver’s oh-so-delicious Leek and Potato Soup which I can freeze and have for another meal. Less cooking for me!
