Loving the vegetarian meals from last week. This week, I added a bit more chicken and fish to mix, but stuck to my smoothies and salads with tuna in them, for the most part and hardboiled eggs, apples, and yoghurt for snacks. I even managed a cheeky glass of wine every evening!. For exercise, I walked and did yoga alternately.

Monday – Sweet & Sour Vegetables, Szechuan Eggy Rice, Salad
Tuesday – Pasta Pesto, Garlic & Rosemary Chicken
Wednesday – Mexican Tomato Soup, Chili Nachos, Vegetable & Feta Sprinkles
Thursday – Daal Curry, Warm Tomato Salad, Naan
Friday – Asian Sea Bass, Sticky Rice, Dressed Greens
Saturday – Summer Vegetable Lasagna, Tuscan Tomato Salad, Frozen Yoghurt
Sunday – Rosemary Chicken, Grilled Polenta & Porcini Tomato Sauce
