Hello again. Summer’s coming to a close and there’s a definite bite to the air now. 😞 Another 2 lbs lost last week. You can read about my weight loss journey here.

Added more protein into my diet this week – Open Faced Tuna Melt Sandwich and Mediterranean White Bean & Sardine Salad, and have changed my breakfasts from smoothies to a protein shake.

Here’s this week’s meal plan, all taken from Jamie Oliver’s cook book 15-Minute Meals:

Monday – Pork Steaks, Hungarian Pepper Sauce and Rice

Tuesday – Leftovers

Wednesday – Beef Chimuchurri, Baby Potatoes & Crunch Salad

Thursday – Crab Briks, Couscous & Salsa

Friday – Mexican BLT, Guacamole, Salad

Saturday – Veggie Chili, Crunchy Tortilla & Avocado Salad

Sunday – Leftovers
