Fall Decor for My Hall/Entryway Table

Fall is officially here! I have a love/hate relationship with Fall. On the one hand, it’s beautiful, but on the other hand it means cold winter is just around the corner.

I decided to give my hall/entryway table some Fall love. The ‘table’ is actually a kitchen island that we bought from Ikea when we lived in Halfmoon Bay. We didn’t need it in our present kitchen, so I repurposed it to a hall table. I realize I need to do something about that lime green, but that’s for another blog post.

I brought the mason jar candle holder in from my patio. At first I thought it would fit nicely on my mantle, but that proved not to be the case. I tried it in several places around my house with no luck. Finally put it on the bottom shelf of the hall table. It seems to fit in quite well there, although lighting the candles could prove hazardous!

I saved all the decorations from last year. All the leaves, the small brown/gold pumpkins, the pine cones and the burlap ribbon came from the dollar store, and the two turquoise pumpkins were bought at my local grocery store

as was the Grateful sign.

The lantern was on my front porch for the summer.
