My (Almost) Vegetarian Life – No vegetarian this week!

I just realized that there are no vegetarian dishes in this week’s meal plan at all. 😳 It’s too late to change it now as I’ve already bought the groceries!

I’ve been having a protein shake for breakfast every day and a sandwich on whole grain bread for lunch.

Here’s this week’s supper meal plan:

Monday – Asian Salmon, Sticky Rice cooked in coconut milk, Dressed Greens (asparagus & bok choy)

Tuesday – British Burgers (from Jamie Oliver’s book 15-Minute Meals), Shred salad

Wednesday – Crispy Parma Pork, Minted Zucchini & Brown Rice

Thursday – Leftovers

Friday – Chili Con Carne Meatballs, Couscous

Saturday – Leftovers

Sunday – Jerk Pork, Porcini Rice, Spring Greens
