LOVE 💕 how this turned out. Made from a glass bowl I had kicking around my house, and things I found at the dollar store. Check out my blog post. URL in my bio.
On the blog now, weekly meal plan with delicious smoothies for breakfast and low cal Coconut Mocha Java Frappe. URL in my bio
It’s cleaning day around here, although I’m not entirely sure why I’m cleaning the floors right before 5 yo grandson comes for a day of crafting! 😳♥️
Be still and know ... do you meditate very day? When you meditate, you change your life!
Bath time! One VERY unhappy dog. 😳
You didn’t come this far to come this far!

I recently invested in a Kangen Water machine, mainly for the health benefits and to reduce my plastic usage in an effort to create more sustainability in my life, but I didn’t realize exactly how many used each Ph level has. And I haven’t even scratched the surface! I tried out the PH 11.5 on my stovetop today and couldn’t believe how just water could cut through all the grease (I confess that I’m a bit of a clean freak). For some of the uses of the Kangen water, click on the link in my bio.
I bought 2 of these incredibly delicious lemon blueberry scones from my local bakery. My intention was to have them with my tea, but I ate them both before the kettle had finished boiling. 😂😂♥️
