A meal plan is a great way to save money at the grocery store and solves the daily question “what’s for dinner?” I use a Google spread sheet for my menu plans, but you can use whatever you feel comfortable with or what works for you – a simple notebook, or you can find some meal-planning notebooks here
Last week we managed to snag the latest Weightwatchers Cookbook – Weightwatchers New Complete Cookbook – so I’ve incorporated some of the recipes from that book into this week’s menu for Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. You get a copy of this cookbook here

Thursday: Greek-Style Cod with rice and vegetables
Friday: St. Patrick’s Day – night out at our local Irish Pub! 🙂
